Privacy policy
How we collect, use and look after your personal information.
FulWard is a joint venture of small and medium-sized consultancies delivering property and construction professional services to the public sector through the Government Commercial Agency's Construction Professional Services 2 (CPS2) Lot 1 framework. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have.
Who is responsible for your information
FulWard Ltd is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at info@fulward.co.uk.
Information we collect
- Details you give us. Your name, work email address and organisation when you use the contact form or request the CPS2 Lot 1 client guide.
- Your marketing choice. Whether you asked to receive occasional FulWard updates, and the fact that you can unsubscribe at any time.
- Technical information. Basic information about your visit, such as your browser type, device and the pages you viewed, so we can understand how the site is used.
How we use your information
- To reply to enquiries you send through the contact form.
- To email you the client guide you asked for.
- To send occasional updates, but only where you have asked us to.
- To keep our website secure, working and improving.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions or profiling.
Our legal basis for using it
We rely on your consent where you have given it (for example, to receive updates), on our legitimate interest in responding to you and running our website, and on the steps you ask us to take before working together.
Who we share it with
We only share personal information with the organisations that help us run this site and reply to you, such as our website hosting and email providers. They process it on our instructions and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes. We do not share it for marketing with third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and guide-request details only for as long as needed to answer you and, where relevant, to send the updates you asked for. If you ask us to stop, we remove you from our mailing list straight away and delete your details when there is no further reason to keep them.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies and similar technologies needed to make it work and to understand general usage. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not work as expected if you do.
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate or incomplete.
- Ask us to delete your information, or to stop using it.
- Withdraw consent at any time, for example by unsubscribing from updates.
- Ask us to move your information elsewhere, or object to some uses of it.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@fulward.co.uk. We will respond within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority for data protection issues.
