Craig Terry

Craig brings 30 years’ experience leading complex public-sector programmes, frameworks and multidisciplinary teams, particularly across central government, higher education and secure, occupied estates. He has held senior framework and account leadership roles for the Parliamentary Estate, City of London, King’s College London, University College London, Imperial College London and the London School of Economics. His experience includes the £85m Cast Iron Roofs Overhaul Programme and strategic delivery planning for the £1.5bn Northern Estate Programme. Craig combines senior client engagement, governance, KPI management and resource leadership with a practical understanding of delivery inside client organisations. Open, accountable and highly collaborative, he builds trust quickly, aligns teams around client outcomes and strengthens FulWard’s capability to mobilise, manage and continuously improve major national framework commissions.
